Content Safety

1. Scope

Questy generates original fictional audio stories only. We do not allow adult sexual content, real-person impersonation, celebrity likeness generation, voice cloning, deepfakes, hateful content, illegal instructions, or content that encourages real-world violence or self-harm. Questy does not recreate copyrighted characters, franchises, or third-party intellectual property.

2. Prohibited content

• Sexual content of any kind, and any sexual content involving minors.
• Real-person impersonation, celebrity likenesses, voice cloning, or deepfakes.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
• Instructions or guidance that facilitate real-world harm (weapons, self-harm, illegal acts, drug synthesis).
• Encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or violence against real people.
• Copyrighted characters, franchises, settings, or third-party intellectual property.
• Attempts to bypass safety filters or jailbreak the AI.

3. Enforcement

We use layered safeguards: input filtering on character and trait choices, output moderation on generated text and audio, and human review of flagged sessions. We may refuse to generate, filter, or remove content that violates this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious violations.

4. AI output is not professional advice

Stories are fictional entertainment. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected and must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

5. Reporting

If you encounter content that violates this policy, or if you believe content infringes your rights or likeness, email support@questyaudio.app. Include the episode and a brief description; we review reports within 5 business days.
