If you're not satisfied with your Questy subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original charge — for any reason. Just email us and we'll process it.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage billing button in your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; your premium access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it ends automatically.
How to request a refund
Email support@questyaudio.app with the email address on your account. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You can also request a refund directly through Paddle at paddle.net.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services where applicable). Paddle's standard refund policy also applies in addition to ours — see paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, our payment processor will retry several times over a few days and you will see a banner in-app prompting you to update your card. Access is maintained during this grace period. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and premium access ends.
